flowers + stripes + dots

 'more less' tees from a recent shop update.

my two favorites:

coming soon: new women's tees

i had a lot of fun creating these new tops (available in the shop next week). each is a carefully selected combo of second-hand shirts featuring peachy-pink florals, stripes and dots. i really made the most of the available fabric creating pockets from sleeves, etc. so happy with the resulting garments!

more for kids

these will also be part of the shop update.  just a few styles made from new fabrics...  i had planned on making these in multiple sizes, but then i got sidetracked by...  hmmm...  what project was it?

jungle kitty, etc.

and three more new kids tops...  this first one is my favorite.  as you can see i can't get enough of these contrasting cuffs.

hat success

i'm so happy to have finally knit a hat that fits and looks pretty okay.  (i think i've knit about a hat per year for the last five years or so, and they've all been flops for some reason or another).  i used the simple pleasure hat pattern from the purl bee.  the grey yarn is this super soft frog tree merino that i bought with a gift certificate over a year ago...  the dusty peach color is lion brand wool that i had stashed away. (i think this is my favorite color combo right now).

today's stripes

apparently, my uniform these cold days must include a comfy knit top.  so, of course, i had to make a couple more.

finally used some of this fabric to make a top for myself...  still some left.  looks like you'll be seeing more tops like this in the shop soon-ish.

i'm wearing the brown striped one today.  it is the softest, ever.  see how it scrunches up?
