i crocheted and felted these scalloped circles from 100% wool yarn. they are soft and thick and are handy to use as trivets, but are also pretty enough to have on display with some other interesting objects.

we just received this stack 'o stickers featuring our shop logo (designed by david). aren't they fun? they're great for covering up old labels and bar-codes so we can re-use bags and boxes when packing up orders.
oh, and we are having a spring sale this week in the shop. enter coupon code IMAGINARYSPRING to receive 20% off your entire order. (sale ends april 30).
also, check out this sweet post by one of our giveaway winners. thanks, christian!
p.s. we've almost reached 100 fans on our page... as soon as we do we'll be having another giveaway to celebrate! (help us out by clicking 'like').
i'm pretty excited to introduce these handmade pillows. i took my time figuring out just the right size and plumpness. a few sample triangles have been living on our couches for a little while now and we're really enjoying them. i like to have one under my arm when i knit (seems to be just the right angle) and david laughed at me the other night when i used my triangle to cover my eyes during scary parts of the movie we were watching. i even handed one to our intern and asked him what he thought. he responded by hugging it tightly and saying "i love it!" ...so there you go.

i recently completed a new sleeveless top design and have been having fun trying it out with various fabrics. the pattern is simple enough that i can vary each garment with slight changes and unique details. i really like working this way. soon i'll have a handful of new more less tops ready for the shop. here's a little glimpse...
this vintage fabric seemed perfect for pillows. it's sturdy and smooth with a rather cheerful floral print.
if we had a porch swing i'd put one of these on it. yes, that's what i'd do.
available here.
remember this drawing from a while back? we had it printed on quality notepads which are now available in our shop. so if you want, you can urge this mopey little puppy to smile and cheer up. although, i'll tell you now, he will probably respond:
"actually, i'm not sad."

one winner will receive some of the items pictured here (and some not pictured)... including: a short conversation notepad, a couple bookmarks (in the shop soon), postcards, stickers, pencils, vintage fabric magnets, and a greeting card (winner's choice)... and whatever else we decide to throw in.
(please become a fan of our page before entering).
i recently completed my first wholesale wrist zip order. shipped to a neat shop in australia: eclectico. (they already carry handsoap). it was fun choosing a colorful assortment.
also, a few new colors in the shop. i think the vintage triangle fabric is pretty fantastic.
to celebrate/promote our new shop, we are exhibiting this (valentiny) month on papernstitch. check out our page for a coupon code!
some new green and rusty-colored wrist zips in the etsy shop. kind of 70's-ish, eh?
plus a pleasant surprise...
hope you have a great weekend!
