new boxy pouches in the shop

i've been busy making pouches for the renegade craft fair (chicago), but i just can't keep them all under wraps 'til then, so these four are now in the shop:  animal heads, gritty kitties, mountains & clouds and plant bits.

i took time to experiment with construction details wanting to get everything as perfect as possible.  i like how these boxy bags sit on a surface and the zippers open extra wide for a good view of everything inside.  i make the lining a bit smaller than the outer fabric and attach it to the zipper further from the teeth so it will never get stuck.  i had fun searching through my vintage fabric collection to choose beautiful linings for animal heads and gritty kitties.  i want to keep one of each!  (click here to shop all my original fabric pouches).
