this fabric was lovely to sew... it feels so luxurious and drapes beautifully. i have to say, constructing a garment of my own design with fabric covered with my cat illustrations felt pretty fantastic!
this top has a boxy shape and is slightly longer in back. design/construction details include thrown-forward side seams, side pockets and french seams. i think it looks great alone, but would also be fun to layer up. more details and a few more photos here in the shop.
