i still wanted to make another scout, so i pulled this fabric from my stash... something i bought at a giant fabric market in beijing a few years back. it had some really nice crinkles in it, which pretty much got ironed out, but i'm hoping they'll re-appear with a wash.
i made a few adjustments to the pattern to make it fit me better and rounded the neckline a bit. i also did french seams throughout, which was really fun. jen has a great tutorial on making (straight and curved) french seams here.
